Miss Malone Daja Sanders

Milan Deja Sanders was born on January 17, 1996 at Holy Cross Hospital to Taron Rozier and Bernard Sanders,Jr. Milan went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 22, 2017. Milan was preceded in her death by her maternal grandparents Eunice "Nana" Rozier and Mervin "Ronnie" Rozier, Sr. and her paternal grandparents Bernard Sanders, Sr. and Hurshell Davis. Milan was introduced to the Lord at an early age and received her education from the Prince George's County Public School system. She had a colorful personality and was very much attracted to arts of the world. Her talents were definitely multi-functional, from cooking to cosmetology and all the way to interior design, Milan had an eye for detail and a diligent approach to running a business. Her dreams were to start her own company "Sitting Little", reupholstering children's furniture. She loved music, movies and definitely loved to keep everyone laughing. Her laugh would definitely make you laugh, her smile could light up the darkest room. Harmony remembers Milan taking her everywhere, they went to the movies, out to eat, they went shopping-"she did everything for me, she brought me toys, a toothbrush and a new phone and always got my hair done". Serenity just loves "Her Milan". Milan loved her family most and kept her friends close to her heart, she accepted everyone at their own value; there was never any prejudice with Milan. She was a delightful daughter, a super-sassy sister, an admired aunt, that crazy-cool cousin and a fun-filled friend. To know our precious Milan was to purely adore her. Although we remember Milan's fun side-we must not forget her assertiveness (some might call it bossy), that determination in her to see everyone succeed. Milan is telling someone right now to "get on your game"...and she's meaning it too. "Mimi as she was so affectionately called by Dijhon, loved life - but most of all, she loved her family. She was particular....real particular about her appearance. Her hair, her nails and her eybrows, you wouldn't dare catch her out of place. Milan leaves to cherish her precious memory, her sister and 1st best friend in life, Dijhon "Sissy Poo" Sanders, baby sisters, Harmony Rozier and Kendall Sanders, uncles, Mervin "Ronnie" Rozier, Jr., Joshua Davis and Carlton Holmes and aunts, Keisha Davis, LaTonya Rozier (Sugar) and Karen Fox and a host of others that will forever hold her close to their hearts. Milan's memory will always be cherished by her "best friend", "X" and her buddy, Tony "Tone" Beemer. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
